Counseling
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in psychotherapy in Cortez, CO. I work with adolescents and adults who are facing all kinds of life transitions. I specialize in EMDR therapy.
My work focuses on building inner resources and strengths. I trust and believe in each person's internal potential and wisdom to heal.
Writing
I have been writing and publishing poetry for 20 years. Poetry is my passion, but I also write and publish short stories, essays and articles for magazines and papers in academic journals. My blog features my writing as well as highlights guest writers and arts and entertainment topics.
I offer writing workshops for groups and individual support for going to the next level in the creative process.
